Shipping—We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary shipper. USPS provides our customers competitive rates and service. Occasionally, we may use an alternative shipper if the situation deems it is appropriate. Our site provides realtime shipping rates from USPS. These rates may include additional fees applied by the merchant. Priority Mail is usually a 2-3 day delivery in most cases. Express Mail includes overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses. On occasion, delivery may extend a day or two due to acts of nature out of our control that affect the shipping process. All of our frozen/fresh goods must be shipped overnight via Express Mail. Frozen goods may have additional fees applied due to the contents of the packaging materials and containers.
Any orders received later in the afternoon on a weekday may not be shipped until the next day. Most orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
*Any orders that include frozen/fresh good(s) that require Express Mail shipping placed after 12PM EST on Thursday will NOT ship until Monday. USPS does not guarantee overnight shipping on weekends or holidays.
